全自动多条长棒加热热剪炉（简称全自动多棒热剪炉）。采用了先进的热风循环加热方式，液压热剪切等多项新技术，具有加热速度快、生产组织灵活、成品率高、自动化程度高、操作环境优越、能耗低等特点。

性能特点： 炉子保温性能好、棒温均匀、热效率高、耗能低。初始加温时间为2.5-4小时可达到铝棒挤压温度。 设备燃料可采用：天然气、水煤气、轻柴油等。控制方式 PCL , 触摸屏，分为全自动控制、半自动控制、手动控制三种形式，并设有炉温超温警报装置。

The device can be used as the fuel: natural gas, water gas, light diesel oil.  Control mode : PCL, touch screen, divided intoautomatic control, semi automatic control and manual control in three forms, and is provided with a furnace temperature and over temperature alarm device.
