淬火系统具备强风冷、风雾冷却和喷射水冷等功能。风冷采用电动执行器调节，水冷采用调节阀组成两级调节。装置全长7米，强风冷、风雾混合冷却、高压喷射水冷重叠一起，有效冷却长度6米。装置分上下两部分，上部可升降，下部水槽固定。所有动作均采用PLC控制，通过人机界面进行操作

Total length of the equipment is 7 meters, and the effective cooling length is 6 meters when air cooling, air-mist combined cooling and high pressure spray are overlapped. The equipment is divided into two parts, the upper part can be raised and lowered, and the lower part is fixed. All actions are controlled by PLC and operated through man-machine interface.
