设备简介  Equipment Introduction
铝合金型材在挤压成型后，要进行时效处理，旨在迅速提高铝合金型材的强度，有利于后续工序的操作和贮存、运输，还有利于客户的正常使用。时效处理在时效炉内进行。 

时效炉由炉体、料车、热风系统、电器控制四大部分组成。 炉体由钢材围成一个大空间，炉由前门及后壁封闭，形成一个热风与铝型材热交换的空间。外面由A3钢板，采用连继焊接，并用型钢加强，强度足够，气密性好。再采用我厂特有的色调油漆，美观实用。内面板采用A3钢板，为适应钢板在常温～250℃的热变化。 

炉门采用导轨式设计，靠炉门自重封闭炉门口，确保在加热时热气不外泄。炉门的启闭用摆线针减速机带动，并辅以平衡重锤，利用电磁制动电机的自锁，防止炉门自堕，确保运行安全。 
 

料车由型钢焊接而成，该炉由料车进炉加热，料车用牵引链通过摆线针轮减速机及链轮来驱动，料车沿路轨行进，平稳可靠。

 炉子的加热用燃气燃烧机，加热后的空气被双吸式循环风机送往料车上的分风口，并通过分风口分层喷向待加热的产品。烟气通过烟囱排走，维持正常的燃烧。炉内的温度通过炉边前、后合理分布的热电偶测定，并控制火力的大小。

Aging treatment is carried out in aging furnace

The aging furnace is composed of furnace body, skip trolly, hot air system and electrical control. The furnace is a large space surrounded by steel. The furnace is enclosed by the front door and the back wall, forming a space for heat exchange between hot air and aluminum profiles. External using continuous welding with A3 steel plate, and reinforced with section steel, sufficient strength, great air tightness. Adopting our factory special tone paint, beautiful and practical. The inner panel adopts A3 steel plate to adapt to the thermal change of steel plate at room temperature ~ 250℃.

The furnace door adopts the design of guide rail, close the door of the furnace by the dead weight of the furnace door, to ensure that the heat will not leak out during heating. The opening and latching of the furnace door is driven by the cycloid needle reducer and assisted by the balance weight hammer. The self-locking of the electromagnetic brake motor is use to prevent the furnace door from falling and ensure the safety of operation.

The skip trolley is welded by section steel, and the furnace is heated by the skip trolly enter the furnace. The skip trolly is driven by the traction chain through cycloidal needle wheel reducer and sprocket wheel. The skip trolly travels along the road and rail, which is stable and reliable.

The heated air is sent to the sub-tuyere on the skip trolly by the double-suction circulation fan with the gas burner for heating of the furnace, and then sprayed at the product to be heated layer by the sub-tuyere. The smoke is discharged through the chimney to maintain normal combustion. The temperature in the furnace is measured by the thermocouple with reasonable distribution in front and back of the furnace side, and the amount of the fire is controlled.
