1.主要技术特点
NAG-M红外线模具加热炉的热源是采用铁烙铝合金电热丝,特点:高效节能。在铁烙铝合金电热丝后面安装有红外线辐射板,它可以有效地把热量反射给炉膛,辐射板、铁烙铝合金电热丝组成一套红外线加热体,是将热量以电磁能的形式往炉膛辐射,模具吸收并将电磁能又转换成热能的一种加热方式。模具框是采用耐高温不锈钢删格结构设计,具有良好的机械强度,又具有良好的通风和通光效果。
2.本产品三大亮点:
(1)保护模具安全:均匀适速加热,避免了快速加热而引起的模具开裂氧化等问题,减少了不必要的修模,大大提高了模具的使用寿命。
(2)节能:
①合理的抽屉式托盘设计,大幅降低了热能的流失;
②热能的有效利用,自主研发的红外线辐射板吸收热量以后直接辐射到炉膛后对模具进行加热.
③高密度高分子玻璃纤维材料保温措施,有效降低热量的流失,从而达到直接节能的目的。
(3)操作安全、快捷、舒适:抽屉式的取放模具,避免了传统式模具模打开时热气往身上冒,而产生的身体不适。进而达到安全操作工作效率提高的目的。
(4)高效:一次性加热多套模具,避免了换模频率高时没有热模换的情况

The die frame is designed with high temperature resistant stainless steel fence structure, which has great mechanical strength and good ventilation and light effect.

(1) Die protection: uniform moderate heating can avoid the problems of die cracking and oxidation caused by rapid heating, reduce unnecessary die repair, and greatly improve the service life of the die.

① A reasonable drawer type tray design, significantly reduce the loss of heat energy;
② The effective use of heat energy, the self-developed infrared radiation plate absorbs heat and radiates directly to the furnace to heat the die.
③ High density polymer glass fiber material insulation measures, effectively reduce heat loss, so as to achieve direct energy conservation.
(3) Safe, fast and comfortable operation: The drawer type of taking and placing die can avoid physical discomfort caused by hot air steaming into the body when the traditional mold of die are opened. Then achieve safe operation efficiency to improve the purpose.
(4) High efficiency: heating multiple sets of die at once, avoiding the situation that there is no hot die change when the die change frequency is high
